Help Cocoa see again

In February 2017 my baby Cocoa was diagnosed with diabetes. Since that visit at Jefferson Animal Hospital he has done very well with only a few set backs. Recently he has developed cataracts (a common problem with diabetes) and his vision has started to go very quickly. He is completely blind in his left eye from a mature cataract while his right eye is about half way there. We have been quoted $3,500- $4,000 to have his cataracts removed so he is able to see again.
