A scammed poor college student

Please help a poor college student regain his lost money through an apartment rental scam.

The story started in February when I started to worry about not getting an apartment for the next school year. I then found an attractive deal close to my school online and contacted a man named “Kim Beekman”. He disguised himself as a housing agent and proceeded to send me the rental application from a “landlord” that I never met. This is the only information about him online, which consists of his name, his phone number (which I’m sure now is a fake phone number that doesn’t actually belong to him), and his supposed company named “Pacific Union Management” (which I did some research after sending him the money, which sums to $4500, and then found out that they don’t even have an agent named Kim Beekman, should’ve done this beforehand but I were desperate for an apartment).
